Face value in official 2026 notices
K-pop concert tickets in Korea cost ₩165,000 for standard seats and ₩198,000 for VIP at arena shows by RIIZE at KSPO DOME and WayV at KBS Arena, and ₩264,000 for BTS sound check seats at Busan Asiad Stadium, according to official notices as of October 2026. Booking fees are extra.
This page uses only face values printed in official notices: agency notices on Weverse, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (MCST) culture listing and the NOL Ticket product page. Every price below belongs to a specific show and date in 2026, so the figures describe what those shows charged, not a fixed rate for every concert. All amounts are in Korean won (KRW) as printed; this page does not convert them, because exchange rates change daily.

As of October 24, 2026. The RIIZE and WayV notices state that prices include VAT. Booking fees are not included in any row. Each price is the face value printed for that show only.
The RIIZE and WayV notices use the same two-tier price structure: VIP at ₩198,000 and general at ₩165,000, a gap of ₩33,000. WayV's notice adds a third grade, restricted view, at the same ₩165,000 as a general seat, and states that every seat at the KBS Arena shows is reserved. Both notices limit buyers to two tickets per person per show, including at most one ticket bought in the fan club presale.
Fan club presale tickets were not cheaper in the two SM Entertainment notices checked. The RIIZE and WayV notices each print one price per seat grade and give separate sale windows for the fan club presale and the general sale, with no separate presale price. For RIIZE, the fan club presale opened on January 6, 2026 at 8 p.m. KST and the general sale on January 7, 2026 at 8 p.m. KST, according to the RIIZE Weverse notice.
What is a sound check seat, and how much more does it cost?
A sound check seat is a ticket that also admits the holder to a short sound check event before the main show, and in the 2026 notices checked it cost ₩33,000 to ₩44,000 more than the next grade down. The WayV notice states that VIP seats can attend a sound check event before the main concert, and the RIIZE notice attaches the same benefit to its VIP grade.
The sound check price premium in Korea, based on official 2026 notices checked on October 24, 2026:
- RIIZE at KSPO DOME: VIP with sound check ₩198,000 vs general ₩165,000, a difference of ₩33,000.
- WayV at KBS Arena: VIP with sound check ₩198,000 vs general ₩165,000, a difference of ₩33,000.
- BTS at Busan Asiad Stadium: SOUND CHECK ₩264,000 vs R ₩220,000, a difference of ₩44,000, according to the MCST listing.
Both the RIIZE and WayV notices say that missing the sound check for personal reasons does not qualify for a partial refund, so the extra amount is paid whether or not the buyer arrives in time for it. The notices do not publish the length of the sound check event or its start time in advance; WayV's notice says entry times can change depending on conditions on the day.
How much do BTS tickets cost in Korea?
BTS tickets in Korea cost ₩198,000 for an S seat, ₩220,000 for an R seat and ₩264,000 for a SOUND CHECK seat at the BTS WORLD TOUR 'ARIRANG' shows at Busan Asiad Stadium on June 12-13, 2026, according to the MCST culture listing checked on October 24, 2026. The listing links to Interpark Tickets as the seller.
The Goyang shows of the same tour in April 2026 had the same top price. The Korea Herald reported on January 26, 2026 that the highest-priced tickets for the Goyang shows reached ₩264,000, a 20 percent increase over the ₩220,000 sound check package for BTS' "Permission to Dance on Stage" concerts in 2022. The same article put BTS' top-tier price in 2018 at around ₩110,000. Those Goyang and earlier figures come from the newspaper, not from an official price page, so they are not in the price table.
A BTS ticket price in Korea is printed per seat, before fees. The Korea JoongAng Daily reported on January 27, 2026 that the Goyang tickets were sold through NOL Ticket and that entry required a valid government-issued ID.
How much do K-pop award show tickets cost in Korea?
K-pop award show tickets in Korea cost ₩77,000 to ₩121,000 for the 2026 KOREA GRAND MUSIC AWARD (KGMA) at Gocheok Sky Dome on November 7-8, 2026, according to the NOL Ticket product page checked on October 24, 2026: VIP ₩121,000, R ₩99,000 and S ₩77,000. That top price is ₩44,000 below the general seat price of the RIIZE and WayV arena concerts.
The KGMA product page adds three conditions. Some prices are sold only during specific periods or for specific show dates, so the full price list on the page is the reference at the time of booking. The show runs from 5 p.m. for 270 minutes with no intermission. Bookings close at 3 p.m. on each show day, and the age limit is 9 years and older.
Ticket prices for other year-end award shows, such as MAMA AWARDS and the Melon Music Awards, were not on an official price page when this page was last checked on October 24, 2026, so they are not listed here.
What fees are added on top of the ticket price?
A booking fee is added on top of the face value at every Korean ticket site checked, and it is set by the seller, not by the concert. As of October 24, 2026, YES24 Global charges ₩3,000 per ticket, Melon Ticket Global charges ₩8,000 for concerts, and NOL World adds ₩1,000 to its standard fee from November 16, 2026.
| Ticket site | Booking fee | Since | Official source |
|---|---|---|---|
| YES24 Global | ₩3,000 per ticket (was ₩2,000) | August 14, 2023, 10:00 KST | YES24 Global FAQ |
| Melon Ticket Global | Concerts, fan meetings, festivals ₩8,000; musicals ₩6,000; fan clubs ₩3,000; events and exhibitions free | April 23, 2026, 10:00 | Melon Ticket Global Notice 24 |
| NOL World | Standard fee varies by product; a flat ₩1,000 is added per ticket category | November 16, 2026, 09:00 KST | NOL World fee notice |
| NOL Ticket (KGMA page) | Fee charged; amount shown at checkout, not on the product page | - | NOL Ticket product page |
As of October 24, 2026. Melon Ticket Global's notice lists the fee by category and adds that some bookings carry additional fees; the payment screen shows the final amount.
The booking fee is usually the part of the cost that cannot be recovered after a cancellation. YES24 Global's FAQ says its booking fee is refundable only until 23:59 on the day of purchase. Melon Ticket Global's FAQ says the same about its service fee, and the KGMA page on NOL Ticket says the fee is refunded if the booking is cancelled by midnight on the booking day.
YES24 Global's cancellation schedule for concerts, published in its English FAQ and checked on October 24, 2026, charges nothing within 7 days of purchase, ₩4,000 per ticket from day 8 until 10 days before the show (the FAQ adds "But, 10% of paid amount" to this line), then 10 percent of the amount paid 9 to 7 days before, 20 percent 6 to 3 days before and 30 percent 2 to 1 days before. The FAQ adds that each show can set its own cancellation policy, and when it does, that policy applies first.
Why are resale prices so much higher than face value?
Resale prices for K-pop concerts in Korea run far above face value because resale listings are priced by individual sellers, not by the organizer, and popular shows sell out in the official sale. The Korea JoongAng Daily reported on January 27, 2026 that a ticket for BTS' April 11, 2026 show at Goyang was listed on StubHub for up to ₩10.37 million, more than 39 times the ₩264,000 top face value.
The same Korea JoongAng Daily article found listings of up to ₩900,000 on Junggonara, a Korean second-hand marketplace, and reported that NOL Ticket's booking page for the Goyang shows prohibited ticket transfers and proxy purchases. Those resale figures are newspaper reports of individual listings, not prices that anyone paid, and they are not in the price table.
The organizers' own notices warn against tickets bought outside the official seller. WayV's Seoul notice states that the organizers and Ticketlink are not responsible for problems with tickets bought or obtained through any channel other than the official seller, and that bookings made through illegal trading or abnormal methods can be cancelled without notice and without a refund. RIIZE's Seoul notice suspended bank-transfer payment, allowing card payment only until January 13, 2026, to prevent illegal transfers and resale.
Why have K-pop concert ticket prices gone up?
K-pop concert ticket prices in Korea have gone up mainly because of bigger productions, stadium-sized venues and higher operating costs, according to industry sources quoted by the Korea Herald on January 26, 2026. The article measured a 240 percent rise in BTS' top-tier price, from around ₩110,000 in 2018 to ₩264,000 for the 2026 Goyang shows.
The Korea Herald article lists the cost drivers its sources gave: large screens, immersive sound and complex stage designs; global inflation in equipment rental, transport and the wages of technical staff; and stadium and dome venues that need nearly twice the security staff of a standard concert hall. It notes that the Goyang venue holds up to 50,000 people, about three times the capacity of Gocheok Sky Dome or KSPO DOME. The same article reported sound check seats at ₩220,000 and meet-and-greet packages at ₩253,000 for ENHYPEN, whose top tier had been ₩198,000 a year earlier.
How much are Stray Kids tickets in 2026?
No official 2026 ticket price for a Stray Kids concert in Korea was found on official pages checked on October 24, 2026. Korean concert prices are published in the concert notice on the artist's official channels when a show is announced, so that notice is the place to check.
Do K-pop concert ticket prices in Korea include VAT?
Yes, in the notices that state it. The RIIZE and WayV Seoul concert notices for 2026 say their prices include VAT. Booking fees are charged separately by the ticket site.
What is the cheapest K-pop ticket price in this list?
The cheapest face value in this list is 77,000 won for an S seat at the 2026 KOREA GRAND MUSIC AWARD at Gocheok Sky Dome, according to the NOL Ticket product page checked on October 24, 2026.
